Items and/or areas of a standard residential premises covered in the checklist conforms with all standard requirements of most real estate agents. * Additional Notes
* Electricity must not be disconnected on the day of cleaning, and hot water must also be available
* Parking must be provided or paid for by client
* Any additional charges for extras or additional works based on size or condition will be quoted upon inspection on the day of cleaning
* Payment in full must be paid upfront at the start of the end of lease cleaning job
* Mistakes with cleaning done reported post real estate agent’s property inspection within 7 days from the date of cleaning, will be fixed for free of charge.
